1. The AXCFG supports configuration over NetBIOS/NetBEUI and IPX
   (NPS software 4.20 and above).
   
   The AXCFG functions are identical for NetBIOS/NetBEUI and IPX.

2. When running the Windows version, you MUST use IPX version 3.10
   or later, previous IPX versions will NOT work.

3. The DOS version works in a DOS-box under Windows 3.x, but we
   recommend you to use the Windows version when running Windows.

4. Both Windows and DOS version run under Windows NT.

5. Login procedure added

   NPS software 4.20 and above
   ---------------------------
   
   To be able to modify parameters or restart the NPS the user must
   login as root. If the user doesn't login as root he can only
   view parameters, logfile and accounting.
   
   NPS software prior to 4.20
   --------------------------

   You must always login as root to be able to view/modify parameters.
                               
6. Error reporting when downloading/saving illegal parameter values.
   
   AXCFG notifies when a parameter value can't be downloaded/saved and it
   also specifies which parameter value is illegal.
