AXIS 70u supports RFC 4217, Securing FTP with TLS.

AXIS 70u documentservers with 4MB flash, i.e. 0162-001-04/05 with
firmwares 3.12 and up, can do encrypted upload of scandata to
authenticated FTP servers according to RFC 4217.

Encryption and authentication can be specified separately for each
"File Destination" and for the "URL for e-mail" destination.
Encryption is independent of authentication, but authentication
implies encryption.

TLS certificates are needed for the authentication. They can be 
browsed for in the web i.f. and read from a file, copy/pasted or
entered in the config.ini. Certificates are common for all servers.
