Parameter | Description | Range |
Device ID | This is the address of the connected device. This value corresponds to the value of the address switches in the connected device. | 0-255 |
Device type | Selects the type of device used. | "SCC-643", "SCP-2120" |
Parameter | Description | Range |
Flip pan | If set to true, relative pan operations will be inverted | true, false |
Flip tilt | If set to true, relative tilt operations will be inverted | true, false |
Parameter | Description | Range |
Move speed | The current maximum pan and tilt speed | 1-100 |
Pan move time per degree | The calibration constant for pan movements. Higher values give larger movements. This value should be calibrated at 100% move speed. If the pan speed is known, this parameter value is calculated as 10000 * "seconds/degree". | 1-500000 |
Pan scale compensation | The calibration constant used to compensate for non-linear pan speed values. A value of "0" will disable the compensation. Higher values will compensate with higher pan speeds and lower values will compensate with lower pan speeds. Recalibration is required when changing the "Move speed" (see above). Calculate a pan request that requires half the time of a tilt request (e.g. if the pan speed and the tilt speed in degrees/second are equal, "rpan=45&rtilt=90"). When sending this request, increase this calibration constant if the pan movement is too small, or reduce if the movement is too large. | -100 - 100 |
Tilt move time per degree | The calibration constant for tilting. Higher values give larger movements. This value should be calibrated at 100% move speed. If the tilt speed is known, this parameter value is calculated as 10000 * "seconds/degree". | 1-500000 |
Tilt scale compensation | The calibration constant used to compensate for non-linear tilt speed values. A value of "0" will disable the compensation. Higher values will compensate with higher tilt speeds and lower values will compensate with lower tilt speeds. Changing "Move speed" (see above) requires this parameter to be recalibrated. Calculate a tilt request that requires half the time of a pan request (e.g. if the pan speed and the tilt speed in degrees/second is equal, "rpan=180&rtilt=90"). When sending this request, increase this calibration constant if the tilt movement is too small, or reduce if the movement is too large. | -100 - 100 |
Zoom time | The calibration constant for zoom (time in ms for maximum zoom change). Higher values give greater zoom changes. Calibrate by confirming that a maximum zoom request at one extreme (e.g. zoom wide) takes you to the other. | 1-65535 |
Focus time | The calibration constant for focus (time in ms for maximum focus change). Higher values give greater focus changes. Calibrate by confirming that a maximum focus request at one extreme (e.g. focus near) takes you to the other | 1-65535 |
Iris time | The calibration constant for iris (time in ms for maximum iris change). Higher values give greater iris changes. Calibrate by confirming that a maximum iris request at one extreme (e.g. iris close) takes you to the other. | 1-65535 |
Current field angle | The calibration constant for click-in-picture (center). Higher values give greater movements. Calibrate at minimum zoom (i.e. zoom wide) and at the most commonly used speed, by making sure that clicking on an object brings the object to the center of the image. | 1-1800 |
Pan bar range | Range (in degrees) to use with "panbar" requests. Clicking at the very end of a bar will pan half this value in the corresponding direction. | 1-720 |
Tilt bar range | Range (in degrees) to use with "tiltbar" requests. Clicking at the very end of a bar will tilt half this value in the corresponding direction. | 1-720 |
Goto preset delay | Time (in seconds) it takes for the image to stabilize it self, after the camera has performed the longest "goto preset action". Used for disabling/enabling image analysis (e.g. motion detection). | 0-100 |
Max pan move speed | The maximum pan speed for relative movements. Continuous (joystick) movements are not affected by this setting. If high pan speeds behaves jerky or uncomfortable, try to reduce this value. After changing this value, a recalibration of the parameters "Pan move time per degree" and "Pan scale compensation" are required. | 1-64 |
Max tilt move speed | The maximum tilt speed for relative movements. Continuous (joystick) movements are not affected by this setting. If high tilt speeds behaves jerky or uncomfortable, try to reduce this value. After changing this value, a recalibration of the parameters "Tilt move time per degree" and "Tilt scale compensation" are required. | 1-64 |
Communication response | If set to true, the ptz driver will wait for a communication response from the ptz unit when sending preset and OSD menu commands. Set this parameter to false if the ptz unit have no communication response on these commands. | true, false |
