UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS
====================

The firmware can be upgraded using Axis Camera Management 3.0, HTTP or FTP.
Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at
http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/how_to_upgrade.htm or the file named 
howtoupgrade.txt.


RELEASE 5.06
============

5.06 is the first official release for the AXIS P1346/P1346-E.

Known limitations
=================

5.06:L01 Daylight saving time does not work for Iran.

5.06:L02 If you enable HTTPS and enable anonymous view, the motion detection 
	 page will not work correctly.

5.06:L03 Remote back focus and zoom operation will be disabled when the temperature 
	 is too low. Information will be shown in system log.

5.06:L04 To playback Matroska files generated by the camera on a computer you need 
	 to have the configuration file ('.conf') in the same folder as the Matroska 
	 file ('.mkv') to be able to play it. For more information see:

5.06:L05 With audio enabled, the initial connection latency is increased.

5.06:L06 The resolution 240x135 is shown as 240x136 in most players and 240x144 
         in Axis Media Control (AMC).

5.06:L07 When you change date/time format to be used in images, the format in 
         the image changes accordingly but the web page does not update correctly.

5.06:L08 Selecting sensor capture mode shall be done during initial product 
         configuration as many different settings are affected and will need 
         to be reconfigured. Sensor capture mode affects the available resolutions 
         and changing it in real time requires other resolution related configuration 
         changes on the camera and possibly a recording software. For example, if a 
         resolution that is not available for one capture mode is requested, 
         the reply will be "bad request".

5.06:L09 The web interface does not take rotation and mirroring into account 
         when displaying the focus window or the motion detection page.

5.06:L10 The zoom, when using joystick, does not go all the way when you try to
         zoom in. Release the joystick and twist again a couple of times to reach 
         max zoom. Same behaviour with zoom out. 

5.06:L11 To get smoother H.264 video in Live view in 3MP and HDTV highest resolution, 
         it might be necessary to disable both "Advanced video rendering" and 
         "Enable overlays" in the Control Panel>AXIS Media Control.

5.06:L12 Stream Profiles are not associated with any particular View area. They 
         are profiles that can be used with any view area. The View area is not saved
         with the Stream Profile. 

5.05:L13 The focus changing mechanism might cause the audio trigger to be activated 
         if the internal mic is used.

5.06:L14 Two view areas can not have guard tours with the same name.
