Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at

Known Bugs/Limitations
======================

5.40.10:L01
The audio level in the Audio detection page is above the normal trigger level, causing it to trigger without any input. Set the trigger level above the audio level to gain the correct functionality.


5.40.10:L02
The 'Any' event does not work when triggered with the virtualinput.cgi

5.40.10:L03
The sound level is very high when there is no audio source connected.
