Please follow the instructions from the user's manual, the web page at

Known Bugs/Limitations

When Guard Tour is active, it is not possible to use PTZ controls with Viewer
access rights.

AMC with IE10 and Quicktime does not work when using IPv6

When enabling the control queue while using Java applet as default viewer
access to PTZ is denied. The PTZ tab that is usually available is not and so it
is not possible to use either center mode or joystick mode. The PTZ bars still
work and the control queue appears to work correctly.

The privacy masks might move slightly when rotating the image 90 or 270 degrees.

If using IPv6 only the unit can not be found with IP utility.

Every time the file_upload.cgi is used against the camera, the web server on
the camera leaks one file descriptor. As a result, after 1024 file_upload.cig
accesses the web server will stop responding since it can no longer accept any
more connections.
