Using the legacy device interface, open up "Settings" -> "Apps" -> "Add" -> "Browse" and select file -> "Install" the application. Dependencies ============ Positioning Calibration ACAP needs to be installed to calibrate the panoramic camera and the external PTZ camera. Known Bugs/Limitations ====================== AXIS OS versions preceding 11.4 will have long startup time (~8min) to access legacy device interface/device interface web page if a remote PTZ camera is setup but cannot be reached. From AXIS OS version 11.4 and forward this startup time will decrease to about 2min. View areas cannot be used in One Click PTZ Control mode. Before you activate, make sure there is only one view area available and reset it to the default values. View area settings are disabled while one-click PTZ control is active. Application Information ======================= Remote PTZ Connection Setup is used to setup the connection to the remote PTZ camera for the One Click PTZ Control functionality. Using the device interface, the application can be started and opened from "Apps". Using the legacy device interface, the application can be started by opening "Settings" -> "System" -> "One click PTZ control" and follow the instructions there.
