page if a remote PTZ camera is setup but cannot be reached.

Remote PTZ Connection Setup is used to setup the connection to the remote PTZ
camera for the One Click PTZ Control functionality.
Browse to the legacy device interface, open up "Settings" -> "System" ->
"One click PTZ control" and follow the instructions there.
