	  when using MS Internet Explorer

	  Note that this you only have to do once

	     1. Select 'Internet Options' from the 'View' menu in MS IE
	     2. Note the current security level
	     3. Select 'Security' and set security level to 'Low'
	     4. Open the Axis Video Server 2400 in your MS IE
	     5. A dialogbox with a question if you want to install
	        ATLCamImage.ocx will appear, press yes
	     6. Remember to change the security level in MS IE back
	        to the original value
