          Remaining problems in version 1.00:

          1. Renaming files
             It is not possible to rename a file between two names that
             only differ by case. A workaround is to use an intermediary
             name.

          2. Formatting
             It is only possible to format 1GB Jaz disks.

          3. DAVE client v1.0.1 for MacIntosh
             With v1.0.1 we only support 8+3 file names. With v2.0 and
             later we support long file names.
