Release Description:

Master release.

Basic functionality added since r5.80:
Including support for Canon iR 1300/PC 1200 series and basic CPCA support. The 
iR 1300/PC 1200 series support consists of added support of status polling new CAPT
status command PC_GET_TOTAL_COUNTER.
Updated MIB implementation according to specifications. 

Changes:
Included from test_020730 (based on Final Candidate 1) release
1. PCR_START_PRINT is now placed in data stream instead of beeing issued as a 
   direct command
2. PC_GET_BASIC_STATUS is not sent to printer if not reserved when cancelling 
   jobs
3. Reduction of PC_GET_BASIC_STATUS polling from previous test releases 
   included.
