Problem:
CAPT commands that were to be cached forever (never sent to printer) was sent
to printer after ~> 18 hours.

Fix:
Changes for cache expiration is changed from an unsigned 16-bit max cache value
to an 32-bit unsigned max cache value.

Problem:
A unsupported CAPT command was sometimes sent to a printer not
supporting this command.

Fix:
Get information from the printer was added to check if printer supports
the specific command.
